I think you're right.

You are without a doubt a woman I could fall head over heels for. I'm everything you look for in a "man", but I'm a woman... and well, you're not gay. We are what we hope for our significant others to be like which is probably why we can spend all day and night together. We're not concerned about finding Mr. or Mrs. Right. We have each other, and that's all we need right now.

Individually, we have a lot of shit to work on. We're not ready for love. As much as we thought we were... as much as we thought we knew. We're just not. The people we will one day fall in love with deserve better than who we are right now and the only thing you and I are committed to is supporting each other as we grow into those people.

It sucks for you, but I'm cracking up at how people are questioning your orientation now lol. They think I turned your ass out. And you can't blame them, I mean we've held hands in public, we're always hugged up on each other, hell... we've kissed [I'd like to give a special shout-out to Jose Cuervo... "YOU'RE MY BOY BLUE" lol]... and as gorgeous as I think you are, when we slept in the same bed that night - I never thought about having sex with you lol. I slept on my side, you slept on yours. I just love your company. I always have. We've known each other since... 2000?? And you've always been great. In college, we would make donut-runs at 2am. We played UNO until we couldn't stand it anymore. I gave you your first taste of Vodka lol. We use to race to see who could wash their car the fastest lmaoooo - by the way, you cheated. You can't be stealing quarters at the car wash!! We had dreams of being broadcasters for ESPN and were going to co-host the X-Games lmaooo. Then I went away and we did a poor-ass job of keeping in touch. I was back here for a few months before we even called one another. But once we did reunite, it was like old times. Granted, we unexpectedly raised our level of "affection" - but it was an easy transition. Very comfortable. And it has yet to be awkward. If you were gay... lmaooooooo!!!

I know you read this shit. And I know I'm suppose to be kicking it with you and everyone else tonight. But I needed some "me time". And I appreciate you respecting that. When I decide to go M.I.A. on folks, you're one of few people who don't take it personally. Anyways, just wanted you to know that I am thankful to have someone like you around. E, we know when we leave this state we're going to lose touch again. And with some good fortune, one day we'll cross paths and reminice about how we use to be. We'll laugh at our stupid conversations and share pictures of our kids [and their Inmate Numbers lol]. But until distance gets in the way of what we have going on right now, just know that I love you babe. You're undeniably what the doctor ordered. Exactly what I needed. You are my Best Frenemy and I wouldn't have it any other way...
